Well, it's been awhile since my last post. With culinary school complete I have been putting together my plans for "what I want to do when I grow up." The immediate plan is to do some internships, and or, on call catering work. Additionally, I will be launching a personal chef business too. Personal chef business you say? What does that mean? It means in home meal preparation and catering for intimate dinner parties. Still much to do yet, I will keep you posted.
