A little bit about my blog. I am in the midst of a career change. I was employed in the technology group by a bank that no longer exists. After being in the technology industry for 15 odd years, and might I emphasize the word "odd" I am ready to explore other possibilities. Is this a mid-life crisis? Maybe. Or perhaps a mid-career crisis, most possibly. Whatever it is, the opportunity has been presented to attend the Seattle Culinary Academy (aka Culinary program at Seattle Central).
This blog is my reflection on the journey I am undertaking along with other ramblings that may occur in the middle of the night or whenever I get to posting.
